Design with a single purpose: Liveability
This is design that doesn’t shout but speaks clearly through proportion, scale, and intent. Each building within the precinct is unique in form, with individual lobbies and hallways that foster identity and warmth from the moment you arrive. Sage embodies this design ethos. Every inclusion and material selection at Sage has been considered to serve daily life. It’s elegance with purpose. Practicality, beautifully resolved.
Landscaping designed to draw you outside.
With over 14,000m2 of beautifully crafted surrounding landscape, the YarraVale precinct (of which Sage is the masterful first release) is designed as an extension of your home. These are your gardens, your opportunity to get your feet in the earth and feel grounded. Make no mistake, this is not window dressing, these are functional spaces that will enhance the liveability of the YarraVale precinct and extend your own sense of home.

Natural light, ventilation and connection to landscape are central to Sage’s architectural expression. Generous glazing frames views to the surrounding green spaces, the city to the north and the Brindabellas to the west, while deep balconies welcome you out to experience the changing light, fresh air and a tangible sense of place — a seamless extension of the living space that celebrates life both indoors and out.
